pollo morocco ay ay ay.

i had every tired/unambitious intention of buying a rotisserie chicken tonight but was thwarted by the powers that be at the grocery store (AKA EVERYONE ELSE GOT THERE FIRST). we ended up making a NON-QUICK version of this real simple moroccan chicken recipe. i threw in about 400x the recommended spices/HERBS (plus a ton of basil, mint, cumin, red pepper flakes, white wine and cinnamon; FYI i'm convinced the brown sugar in the recipe is unnecessary so i OMITTED). served with red quinoa, broccolini, and the ever-present-in-my-refrigerator fresh herb salad mix. DINNERED.
