fig time.

Roasted figs (on basil leaves) with ricotta, agave nectar, tiiiiny little drizzles of olive oil and lemon juice, and pink sea salt. While I'm sure the salami we served it with was great, I wouldn't KNOW because the dog totally STEALTH-ATE it when we weren't looking.

where'd you get your figs??? I had to resort to Trader Joe's 'cause I wasn't seeing any at the Farmers' Market or other grocery store, but I'd LOVE if they were available locally...
