 whole wheat pasta, roasted tomatoes, tuna, ricotta, arugula.
I'm going through an ANTI-SALAD phase (like, I legit can't even deal with a SIDE SALAD, and am all WOEFUL SIGHS when called upon to put together a simple dressing). As someone who's not only agreed to but ENJOYED a salad with nearly every dinner of their whole entire life, this current state of kid-style GREENS-AVERSION is confusing, but hey. You gotta feel your feelings. In reparation, I've (begrudgingly) taken to throwing handfuls of arugula in/under/on top of whatever we're having for dinner; its bitterness is not only delicious, but - perhaps unsurprisingly - pairs swell with a REAL BAD ATTITUDE.
