The Arts Coalition of the Dupont Underground has an ambitious mission: to convert 75,000 sq ft of abandoned trolley space (beneath Dupont Circle) into a center for art, music, and design. They're a few years into the process and Friday night's ABOVEGROUND Fall Fundraiser will help further the cause exponentially (and will bring together a group of people who are DOWN for the cause. I do love a tiny revolution). Between performances by Margot MacDonald, an Aether Arts Projects installation, and the premieres of Dupont Underground-filmed music videos (featuring local musicians, and curated by DC Setlist), the price of admission seems nil, no? Tickets are available HERE!
